What is a home inspection?

We will review readily accessible exposed portions of the roof, attic, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, basement, foundation, as well as electrical systems, plumbing and HVAC for current or potential problems. A home inspection is not a building code inspection or guarantee of any kind.
